Crepes are classic for a reason - fancy and fast, sweet or savory, breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert! Come for lunch and make healthy, delicious asparagus crepes with hollandaise sauce.
All kitchen classes are held at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Education Center, located at 232 Plaza Road (Hannaford Plaza) in Kingston, NY 12401. Registration is $35 per class, or $30 when you register for 2 or more people or classes. Class fee is non-refundable and includes all materials.
Janie Greenwald, professional cook of 25 years, hosts a brand new series of Kitchen Classes in 2018 designed to increase your kitchen skills and impress your guests! Learn delicious new recipes and enjoy your time making them. Are you new to cooking or do you want to expand your culinary horizons? Our Kitchen Classes provide a rewarding hands-on experience.
