One of the oldest methods of food preservation - learn about equipment and techniques needed to dehydrate food. Then, cook a meal using all preserved foods!

All kitchen classes are held at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Education Center, located at 232 Plaza Road (Hannaford Plaza) in Kingston, NY 12401. Registration is $35 per class, or $30 when you register for 2 or more people or classes. Class fee is non-refundable and includes all materials.
