CCEUC offers nutrition education to the public through two programs. Both programs work to help participants make healthy lifestyle choices, by planning nutritious meals, stretching their food dollars and encouraging more physical activity.
Eat Smart New York (ESNY) is FREE to all individuals who qualify for, and/or receive benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
Expanded Food & Nutritional Education Program (EFNEP) is designed to assist limited resource audiences; families working to make ends meet.
This class is designed for food service managers and employees to take the ServSafe exam.
Crepes are classic for a reason - fancy and fast, sweet or savory, breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert! Come for lunch and make healthy, delicious asparagus crepes with hollandaise sauce.
This workshop teaches the scientific basis of home food preservation and provides a hands-on experience with boiling water and pressure canning, making jams and jellies, pickling and more!
