March 12, 2026 – Business Planning with Rose Wilson and Brian Zweig, Business Consultants (HVADC)
• Rose Wilson has been a leading business planner serving the farm and food community since 2004. Over the past 22 years, Rose Wilson has helped more than 500 farms and food producers with business launch, expansion, and exit; enterprise analysis; market development; and securing $13 million in grants/capital raise.
• Brian Zweig is the founder and principal of Business Opportunities Management Consulting. He advises small business owners, start-ups, and entrepreneurs on how to start, grow, and scale sustainably. He supports clients with business plan development, sales and profitability strategies, and guidance on accessing financing and capital.

March 26, 2026 – Soil Health Practices with Joseph Amsili, (NY Soil Health)
• Joseph Amsili, Senior Extension Associate and Program Director for the New York Soil Health Program at Cornell University, will cover sustainable soil management practices including cover cropping and reduced tillage and their soil health benefits. Joseph leads statewide efforts to advance soil health through applied research, extension, and farmer engagement.

Apr 2, 2026 – Selling What You Grow: Understanding Your Market Options

• Glynwood CSA Coalition - Helps farmers run strong CSA programs by sharing tools, training, and support for planning, marketing, and member management.
• Meat Suite - An online tool that helps livestock farmers connect with meat processors and buyers, making it easier to plan processing and sales.
• Grow NYC Farmers Market - Runs farmers markets across New York City and provides a pathway for farmers to sell directly to customers in NYC.
• Crop Shop - A local food hub that buys from farmers and sells to stores and institutions, helping farms reach wholesale markets.
• Farm to School - Connects local farms with schools so students can access fresh local food, and farmers can build reliable school markets.

She supports farmers and agribusinesses with practical marketing strategies for direct-to-consumer and wholesale markets, drawing on over five years of experience in the food and agriculture sectors.
