Kathryn Brignac brings a background of 5 years working in Farm to School and Agricultural Education in the Hudson Valley along with a B.S. in Environmental Science with a focus on Ecology. Prior to coming to CCE, Kathryn was at a farm with a diverse vegetable CSA and a focus on food justice and regenerative agriculture where she served as Education Co-Director. After doing environmental education and volunteering on farms during college Kathryn worked in several nonprofits as well as food industry positions connecting local farmers to consumers in her hometown of New Orleans.

In her free time you will find her working on her fixer upper home and garden in Kingston, hiking and foraging the local woods, trying out new recipes, and snuggling with her rescue pitbull Petunia.
