Mediterranean Night with Culinary Institute of America Students

Join Culinary Institute of America students and a current Chef Instructor for a FREE, fun, hands-on learning of skills and techniques used in the Mediterranean cuisine. Not only will be making delicious Mediterranean favorites like falafels, hummus, and pita bread, but we will be teaching fundamental culinary techniques you can apply in your everyday cooking at home. Anyone and everyone ages 10 years+ are welcome to join us!
