This year, Cornell CALS is joining forces with the New York State Brewers Association to present the Empire State Barley & Malt Summit at the New York State Brewers Conference Wednesday, March 19th at the Albany Capital Center.

The Summit invites New York’s craft beverage producers to foster collaboration and share knowledge. Informative sessions will explore the journey from grain to glass, driving growth and innovation in the barley, malt, brewing and distilling industries.

Join us for an afternoon of expert-led presentations, interactive discussions, and hands-on experiences:

  • Discover advancements in malt barley varieties and the latest Cornell University research shaping a sustainable future.
