Uliana is the Economic Agricultural Development Specialist, she is focused on developing educational programs for agricultural marketing, business development, tourism, and public relations in Ulster County.

She is fond of studying and applying gained knowledge into actionable steps. She graduated from Lviv Polytechnic National University with a Bachelor`s degree in Philology and Law. Uliana continued studying and gained a Master's degree in Management at the Lviv Polytechnic National University and a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication in Education and Workplace at the University of Marie-Curie Sklodowska in Lublin, Poland.

Before joining the CCE team, Uliana used to work in the marketing department at one of the leading biotechnological companies in Lviv, Ukraine. As a brand manager, she was responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies for B2B and B2C products that maximize brand performance in local and international markets.
