Demystifying Beets Cooking Workshop

This is a Beet-tastic Cooking Workshop! Join Chef Emmet Moeller of Common Table as we celebrate our Kingston Eats Harvest of the Month, BEETS, with this FREE hands-on cooking experience. Chef Emmet will demystify the beautiful beet with raw, roasted, and pickled beet dishes. These beets were grown locally in the Hudson Valley, and are packed with nutrients. During a month all about the heart, both the physical and metaphysical, learn how to incorporate this heart-friendly food into your meal rotation.
Registration is limited and will close on February 18th at 12noon.
This event is perfect for adults and youth aged 16 and 17 who are accompanied by an adult.
