Adding these versatile birds has a multitude of income boosting benefits. They are soft footed, easy on your land and perfectly suited for micro farming. One emu egg is equivalent to 8-10 chicken eggs and emu meat is heart healthy. 99% of the emu is useable plus the oil will take your value-added products to a whole new level.
