On July 27th join CCE Capital District, CEE Central NY and CCE Ulster for a free workshop focused on the identification and management of Pigweeds and Soybean Cyst Nematodes.

Dr. Lynn Sosnoski, Cornell Univ. with live plant samples will teach identification and control of the various pigweeds, including the new problematic weeds, tall waterhemp and palmer amaranth. Dr. Jaime Cummings, Syngenta, will teach soybean cyst nematode management. Tall waterhemp and SCN are both serious pests that were recently discovered in our region.
