Something is fishy in Kingston!
Join Frank Piccoli from Sea Deli. We will all filet a whole fish and then make
Frank’s famous fish cakes and homemade tartar sauce for dinner. Other ways of cooking fish will be discussed.
We will also talk about where to fish in the Hudson Valley if you want to eat your catch. We will also cover safe handling of fish in the out doors.

$35 per class, or $30 when you register for 2 or more people or kitchen classes
