CANCELLED: 4-H Introduction to Veterinary Science Program

DUE TO CONCERNS REGARDING THE CORONAVIRUS, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

Youth ages 8 to 12 who were unable to participate in the 8-week Vet Science series can now sign up for the 4-H Introduction to Veterinary Science Program.

The program is sponsored by the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County’s 4-H Youth Development Program and the SUNY Ulster Vet Tech Program, led by Dr. Beth Alden. For this program, youth will explore animal science careers and learn practical skills from rehabilitation specialists, veterinarians, SUNY Ulster professors, students, and other area professionals.

Participation is limited to 30 students and registrations will be received on a paid, first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, no refunds. 

Fee

$15 for enrolled 4-H members; $20 for non-4-H member, event fee is non-refundable
