Learn how to safely use a pressure canner and preserve the season's bounty for quick meals all year long. Can vegetables, meats, soups and stews. Take home a jar of what we can in this hands-on class.

All kitchen classes are held at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Education Center, located at 232 Plaza Road (Hannaford Plaza) in Kingston, NY 12401. Registration is $35 per class, or $30 when you register for 2 or more people or classes. Class fee is non-refundable and includes all materials.
