CCE Ulster County and the Capital Area Ag and Hort Program welcome you to the 4th annual Hudson Valley Value-Added Grain School. This year we focus on supplying local grains to local artisan bakers. Location: Pegasus Restaurant and Banquet Hall, 10885 Route 9W, Coxsackie, NY (less than 10 miles off Catskill Exit 23 on I-87).
Grain School begins with registration and the Trade Show (open throughout the day) followed by a full day of talks (agenda below, with speak descriptions on right) and includes an outstanding lunch by Pegasus Restaurant.
