Join us for the 2nd annual Hudson Valley Value-Added Grain School which includes a Trade Show. This year’s theme is “Making Grains Work on Modest Acreages”, featuring expert talks on grain production, small-scale grain storage, and understanding grain quality parameters for brewing and distilling.
