Economic History of Agriculture in the Hudson Valley

Elizabeth Higgins, Agriculture Program Leader from Cornell Cooperative Extension Ulster County (CCEUC), will take you on a 300 year journey of the Economic History of Agriculture in the Hudson Valley. From the earliest days of Dutch settlement to the rise and fall of the Catskills resort industry we will see how changing political and economic forces have shaped our agricultural economy.
