Farmer - Landowner Matching Programs help to connect landowners seeking to have their land farmed with farmers seeking land. Most matching programs provide classified ads as well as links to resources for land leasing and transfer and other information.
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County is a partner organization of the Farmland for a New Generation, established in 2014 and coordinated by the American Farmland Trust (AFT) to expand farmland linking services throughout New York and the Hudson Valley. The program covers all of New York State and is categorized by region.
