Join us for a talk and tour illustrating our ecological fall clean-up practices. Instead of an aggressive approach, ecological clean-up emphasizes leaving as much plant debris in place as possible. Stems, leaves & seed heads provide food and protection for pollinators, other beneficial wildlife, and for the soil itself. See for yourself how much easier and beneficial these practices are. We will also discuss the progress we have made this year in our pollinator meadow with the grant we received from Partners for Climate Action Hudson Valley.
