11th Annual Hudson Valley Value-Added Grain School!

Topics will include; grain quality and variety selection, emerging crops, post harvest handling and food safety.

Lunch will be provided.

Walk Ins are welcome! $50 per person, please bring the exact amount if paying by cash, we are not able to take credit cards the day of the event.
