Get a bill review, apply for financial assistance (SNAP and Energy Affordability Bill Discount Program), access energy efficiency programs, and learn more about options for reducing your energy bills!

Be sure to bring the following with you:

• Your Utility Bill
• A Form of Identification
• A Copy of Your Benefits Award Letter from HEAP/SNAP/SSI
• Proof Of Income to apply for SNAP
