Weekly series of nutrition workshops for SNAP or WIC eligible adults raising children.
Participants that attend six or more sessions will receive resources and a helpful item for breastfeeding their child.

- Nutrition during and after pregnancy
- Breastfeeding basics
- Pumping and storying breastmilk
- Confronting barriers
- Breastfeeding for working parents
- Transitioning baby to solids
