About the Session

Supermarkets certainly don’t seem mysterious. But did you know that they are very carefully designed to steer customers to specific products? This class will take a tour of a typical supermarket, show all the hidden ways they influence what’s in your cart, and how to shop to eat healthier and more delicious food. We'll also be making nutty energy bites, aka power balls, with whole oats, nut butters, dried fruit and other goodies. These nutritious snacks will give you the energy to navigate any supermarket!
