Gillian Mathews is the Natural Resources Educator at the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County. Prior to joining the CCE (Cornell Cooperative Extension), Gillian worked with the Rondout Neversink Stream Program where she assisted in stream restoration projects. She also had previous internship experience working with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and the New York State Energy and Research Development Authority (NYSERDA). Gillian holds an MPA with a specialization in Sustainable Communities from Binghamton University. In her free time, you will find her hiking, mushroom hunting, or testing out a new recipe.
