Take advantage of this watershed moment in the fight for racial justice.

We are recruiting 8-10 youth ages 14-18 to engage in a weekly anti-racism discussion and action group. We will assist non-Black youth in discussing their own prejudices/biases and ways to disrupt racist comments and actions in 4-H settings and beyond. Black youth will be given the space to discuss the impact of racism on their everyday lives.

This will be a 9-week program starting Tuesday, October 13th, with a final meeting date of December 8th. Virtual meetings will take place on Tuesdays at 6 pm. (We are hoping to arrange at least one in-person meeting outside!)

The program will conclude in a final showcase where youth will have the ability to self-reflect about what they have learned and propose future actions. Youth who participate in the program will be offered free materials such as swag, books, and more!
