Wine & Chefs Fundraiser

  • Sunday, October 2, 2016, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Join us on Oct. 2nd at Stoutridge Vineyards for an evening of local wine, local food, prepared by local chefs, proceeds benefit Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County.

Stoutridge Vineyard wines are "slow wines" in that they have incorporated a philosophy of wine making that emphasizes techniques which make the best wine for a given region rather than techniques which are optimized for bringing wine to the marketplace. Their wines are only available at the farm.

Enjoy local hors d'oeuvres provided by the Chefs' Consortium, New York chefs from all walks of life who are committed to promoting locally-grown farm, fresh food. Featured chefs include John Novi, owner and chef of the Depuy Canal House in High Falls, NY and Maria Reidelbach, author of the Stick to Local Farms Hudson Valley Cookbook.

Tickets:

Tickets are $100/person. VIP tickets start at $125 and include a post-reception tour of the winery at 6:00pm given by winemakers Kim Wagner and Stephen Osborn.  All proceeds benefit CCE-Ulster's 100 year tradition of excellence in agriculture, youth, and environmental programs. A portion of your ticket price is tax deductible.

Purchase your tickets or make a donation of any amount on the "Learn More" link below.
