ENYCHP

The Eastern New York Commercial Horticulture Program (ENYCHP) serves the educational and research needs of the commercial vegetable, tree fruit, grape and berry industries in Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Dutchess, Essex, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Orange, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schoharie, Schenectady, Sullivan, Ulster, Warren and Washington Counties.

ENYCHP Specialists work together with Cornell faculty and extension educators statewide to address the issues that impact the vegetable, tree fruit, small fruit and grape industries. ENYCHP provides educational programs and information to growers and agri-business professionals, equipping them with the knowledge to profitably produce and market safe and healthful horticultural crops, and contributing to the viability of farms and the economic well being of New York State. Specifically, our program focuses on food safety, variety evaluation, market development, pest management, and cultural practices.

ENYCHP sends notices of their events (free), as well as the publications below (these require enrollment* with that program) - click links for samples:

To be added to ENYCHP’s mailing list, or update your information with them, contact Abby at 518-746-2553 or email aef225@cornell.edu.
